4 Player Teams - $1,300 Donation through August 31st, then $1,400

  • 18 holes at TPC Colorado for four players with carts
  • Box Lunch
  • 2 drink tickets per player good for beer or non-alcoholic beverages
  • Tee Favors for each player
  • Social Hour w/ hors d’oeuvres and cash bar (drink tickets also accepted)

1 to 3 Players Not Part of a Team

  • Players who would like to sign up as individuals or with others but do not have 4 players, please contact Jeff Major at (303) 588-8385 to be placed on a waiting list.
  • You will not pay unless you are added to the tournament field.
